Doris Schraner, PH.D.

Doris Schraner is a bilingual Licensed Clinical Professional (U.S.) with over 20 years of international experience in private practice, clinical healthcare, and integrative wellness care. She holds a doctorate in Psychology from the University of Klagenfurt (Austria), and is certified and trained in a wide range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

Drawing on over two decades of clinical experience, including work in private practice and interdisciplinary wellness settings, Doris specialises in trauma and complex trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, addiction and substance abuse, stress-related disorders, chronic pain, insomnia, and psychosomatic conditions. She also supports clients in habit change (including weight management and smoking cessation), emotional conflict, life transitions, and offers integrative care for individuals living with cancer or undergoing medical treatment.

Her therapeutic approach is rooted in neuroscience, trauma theory, and mind-body integration. She is certified in Brainspotting, Neuropsychotherapy, Clinical Hypnotherapy, and is also a Certified Professional Brain Health Coach through the Amen Clinics. In her clinical work, she applies advanced modalities, including EMDR, Somatic Experiencing (SE), and Comprehensive Energy Psychology.

Doris works with adolescents and adults in both English and German. With her intercultural background, U.S. licensure, and trauma-informed presence, she creates a warm, professional space for healing and transformation, aligned with the highest standards of international wellness care.
